VCSA made a standard of project issue bases on dev-heaven.net.

The project issue must contain the below
a) Introduction, including member of the project.
b) Activities, a list including every activity of the project.
c) Problems, including
Bug list
Feature list
Support list
Task list
d) File, including all files the project involved.
e) Version, including all versions of the project.

All items above should be appended with exact modified time and update in season.
