install Apache web server on Ubuntu!

What I need is just a simple web server that can serve light load request. Just had a google, and found a good video for a simple install. So simple. Here is my command history:

  107  sudo apt-get update
  110  sudo apt-get install apache2
  112  ifconfig
  113  netstat -a | more
  114  netstat -an | more
  117  sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 stop
  118  netstat -an | more
  120  sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 start
  121  cd /var/www/
  122  ls

Note that:

107 is to get update;

110 is the actuall install;

113 and 114 is to check the listener and port;

117 is to stop the server;

120 is to start the server (you can use "restart" also);

121 is the path where the index.html stays (the default page). You can change it or add your own html files.

The web address is "http://localhost/" or  "http://127.0.0.1/".

That is it!!! So simple!!!

(Do not laugh at me.. It took me a while to install Node on my Ubuntu desktop and I did not make it work still..)
