win7 下安装oracle彻底解决版本验证问题

现在，window7 已经很普遍了，如果朋友们还要继续在window7下安装oracle10g来玩，那就得修改两个配置文件后再进行安装，就没问题了。

1. 首先在官网下载oracle_10203_vista_w2k8_x86_production_db这个压缩包。
