看到某公司招聘高频音频工程师的要求竟然这么多：

1）Excellent algorithm background about common DSP and multimedia functions/applications2）Solid knowledge/experience on the C/C++ and Assembly programming languages 3）Excellent understanding of the embedded system architecture, familiar with the embedded OS, such as WinCE/WinMobile, Linux, Nucleus RTOS. 3）Excellent hands-on skill on software programming, optimization, testing and debugging 4）Experience on audio codec such as MP3, AAC LC/LTP, HE-AAC, WMA, Dolby AC3, MIDI, psychoacoustic model, perceptual audio coding technology 

Knowledge/Experience in the following area will be a plus: 

1）-Multimedia framework, such as DirectShow, GStreamer, OpenMAX, Android/OpenCORE etc; 2）Speech codec such as G.723, G.729, G.711, GSM-AMR WB, GSM-AMR NB, QCELP, iLBC; 3）Excellent fixed-point programming; 4）Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Chinese; 5）Excellent teamwork
