It gose without saying that the issue of _____has caused wide public concern at present. According to a recent survey made by Pro Bloch, as many as 60% of the people have such experience and the number is about to increase. Three reasons, in my mind ,can account for this social phenomenon.

A most obvious cause of the problem is the rapid population growth ,especially in our developing countries. In order to meet the needs of so many people, we have to exploit resources in various ways.

Another must be mentioned contributing factor is the development of industry and economy.

 

Last but not least, the national laws and policies are also responsible for the problem.

 

Considering the current issue and worsening situation, effective measures must be taken immediately. For one thing ,our government must make relevant rules to guarantee a proper justice. For another ,the general public should also be made aware that any prompt solution is benefit to all.

 

 

No matter which choice we will finally make , we must extremely careful to look into our unique situation, Moreover, just as we can learn from history , we can consult the predecessors for their advices,Only in this way, can we make the right choice.
