真实案例:由内至外判断网络丢包情况

各处反应QQ常掉线,没有办法发送文件等等问题。
开始查找问题出在哪里?
先从内查起,内网网络中心网段设备的PING测试数据,来源于自己的主机:
Ping statistics for 202.103.24.68:Packets: Sent = 1899, Received = 1867, Lost = 32 (1% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 2ms, Maximum = 49ms, Average = 5ms
边界DMZ区域设备的PING测试数据,来源于FTP服务器:
Ping statistics for 202.103.24.68:515 packets transmitted, 510 received, 0% packet loss, time 514027ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 1.428/3.606/12.801/2.162 ms
防火墙上PING测试以后发现了问题所在,并测试了几个电信的服务点地址。
初步判断:电信DNS或线路出了问题。
