• SCCB approve new software baseline after it pass the process of change controlled.
• SCCB do some Regression Testing after it bring into new software baseline.
• SCCB release a new software baseline after the Regression Testing.

5.    A procedure of audit software baseline.

• SCCB add Progress time chart of baseline audit to SCM plan and project plan.
• SCCB release message about audit of software baseline to SCM group and SEG at the beginning of a project.
• SCCB check the audit of software baseline according to standard format at the beginning of a project.
• SCCB check the process of software baseline according to SCM process and standard at the beginning of a project.
• SCCB release audit reports according to evaluation result at the beginning of a project.
• SCCB give audit reports to PM at the beginning of a project.
• SCCB Track measure which is identified in audit in software life cycle.
