SSLC0008E: Unable to initialize SSL connection

在配置完WebSphere Application Server的Security （激活Administrative Security 和 Application  Security）后，重启WAS，往往会在控制台频频出现如下的错误：

[1/5/13 11:33:38:843 CST] 0000004c SSLHandshakeE E   SSLC0008E: Unable to initialize SSL connection.  Unauthorized access was denied or security settings have expired.  Exception is javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Unrecognized SSL message, plaintext connection?

这种错误虽然只是和SSL相关，但是会严重影响WAS的运行性能，经常导致应用程序无法成功部署。在网上查询了一下，发现很多方案都没有用。最终发现，这是IBM的一个BUG，现在已经作为APAR在新的Fix Pack中解决了。

按照提示，更新了WAS8.5 到WAS 8.5.0.1后，问题果然解决了。
