stanford mvs 学习记录

这里记录一下我学习stanford mvs的过程。先记录，后整理。（begin ： 2013-1-14）

1、Digital Image Processing

standford的这个教程貌似有点老了，使用的opencv版本有点低，不太好照着做。推荐学习opencv最好到官方网站。

看standford 教程使用opencv 2.2即可（NDK使用r4版本）。

若使用opencv 2.4.3 ，那么NDK 使用r8d版本。

2、linux下识别android设备（把程序下载到真实机器运行）

3、下载opencv 

(http://code.opencv.org/projects/opencv/repository)

创建目录：mkdir /home/huntinux/opencv

转到opencv目录：cd /home/huntinux/opencv

下载opencv到当前目录：git-clone git://code.opencv.org/opencv.git

6、libopencv_core.so.2.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

     找不到动态连接库的解决办法：

         libopencv_core.so.2.4 所在目录为/usr/local/lib, 把它加到LD_LIBRARY_PATH中即可。

7、cannot run program"ndk-build":Unknown reason

        Eclipse -> Your Prj -> Right Click ->properties-> C/C++ Build -> "Builder" group: the value for "Build command" should be complete path something like below (instead of just "ndk-build")

/Users/vshakya/MySoftware/android-ndk-r8/ndk-build    (即你的ndk-build的完全路径)

8、No package 'opencv' found

If you got error as follows, please set PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable to/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig.

Package opencv was not found in the pkg-config search path.Perhaps you should add the directory containing 'opencv.pc'to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variableNo package 'opencv' found

解决：在~/.bash_profile文件最后加上下面的内容

            export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=$PKG_CONFIG_PATH:/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig

           保存退出，再执行：source ~/.bash_profile 即可。

               再次运行：pkg-config opencv--libs   ，可以看到opencv库的位置了。

推荐使用：android-ndk-r8d版本

12、java.lang.* cannot be resolved

Do one more step before running:

Right Click(Project) -> Properties -> Java Build Path -> Libraries ->                                           Add Library -> Select the Java Library

Click OK and then clean-build (Project -> Clean & Project -> Build All orCtrl+B) your project. It should be fine.

13、the import android could not be resolved

       或 the import android.app cannot be resolved

      或 the import android.view cannot be resolved(即android.*)

Right click on the project -> go to properties -> go to android -> select the android version and that should work.

14、set eclipse environment variable

The .bashrc file is used for setting variables used by interactive login shells. If you want those environment variables available in Eclipse you need to put them in/etc/environment.

If you prefer you can also define an environment variable that is visible only within Eclipse.

Go to Menu -> Run Configurations... and Select tab "Environment".

There you can add several environment variables that will be specific to your application.

But this is applicable only for the current running Program. If you are running tests or other programs, each of those has to have the environment variable set again.

15、Eclipse ：Unresolved inclusion: <jni.h>

选中工程右键->properities->c/c++ general->Paths and Symbols->includes->Gnu C->将${NDKROOT}替换成NDK的绝对路径。

选中工程右键->properities->c/c++ general->Paths and Symbols->includes->Gnu C++->将${NDKROOT}替换成NDK的绝对路径。

或者直接设置NDKROOT环境变量，如下面16所示：

16、 Eclipse ： 设置NDKROOT环境变量

 Proj Prop-s -> C/C++ Build ->Environment -> Add... -> Name = NDKROOT, Value = <your path to NDK>

tutorial 3的server端代码，在上传图片的时候出错，出错原因：

1）上传目录没有写权限

       #chmod 777 upload 即可

问题：返回值return_var=127 ， shell中返回值127表示"command not found。"

解决：将matlab软链接到/usr/local/bin

           # ln -s <你的matlab根目录>/bin/matlab   /usr/local/bin/matlab

例如我的是 # ln -s /run/media/huntinux/F/huntinux_bin/matlab2012/bin/matlab  /usr/local/bin/matlab

24、命令行安装apk

25、AVD使用笔记本的摄像头
