08年后的新劳动法为了强力保障劳动人员的利益，请各位程序猿牢记，以免以后被奸商所害：

1、新劳动法规定《劳动合同》中不能对劳动者约定任何违约金（除了培训和同业竞争），否则视为无效合同；

2、劳动者书面30提出辞职（试用期3天），无需公司同意，到期可以立即走人。
