Java中的线程互斥问题

有如下代码:

当然,其中的out与out1方法都是可以互斥的,

然而如下代码中

自然,当运行的时候,out与out3两个方法是不能互斥的,而当线程1执行out1、线程2执行out3的时候,那么线程将会可以互斥,

那么怎么使out与out3两个方法也可以互斥呢,并不适用out1的方式?

求高人指点
