Android仿新浪微博欢迎界面的实现

activity先显示布局文件first.xml，然后调用一个线程推迟执行，来启动另一个activity，来实现欢迎界面，效果如图。

first.xml文件中用一个ImageView控件，全屏显示欢迎图片。

activity中设置全屏，并开一一个新的线程推迟执行。
