Make sure that Oracle Client Software is installed, or use Direct mode of connecting to server."在使用Devart访问Oracle的时候，突然conn无法open了，报出这个错误，原因是把编译环境给由4.5更换为2.0后引起的，切换回去后也不行了，一直百思不得其解，后来google到原因了。具体解决方式见下：This problem comes to the surface when you have installed a 32-bit Devart driver together with the 32-bit Oracle client on a 64-bit system.
