Symptoms

On : 9.3.1.1 version, OAS, When attempting to start one Managed Server,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Please upgrade your database schema to 9.3.185
Shutting down the server...

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logon the machine of one Manage Server
2. Run command: startAgileManaged1.sh

Changes

Database upgraded from Agile 9.3.1.0 by running AUT

Agile Server upgraded by Agile9.3.1.1 Service Pack

Cause

The new application.ear installed by Agile PLM 9.3.1.1 does not get extracted for some unknown reason.

Solution

1. Logon the managed server 1 machine
2. go to agileDomain/servers/
3. delete the whole directory of xxx_managedserver1/
4. go to agileDomain/bin/ in command line
5. run startManagedServer1.cmd
