    Aliasnames (or just "aliases") are intended to provide a moreuser-friendly means of referring to ASM files, rather than usingthe system-generated filenames. You can create an alias for a filewhen you create it in the database, or you can add an alias to anexisting file using the ADD ALIAS clause of the ALTER DISKGROUPstatement. But it does not remove the an existingfile(官方文档似乎没找到这句话，这句话是个人理解的). You can create an alias in anysystem-generated or user-created ASM directory. You cannot createan alias at the root level (+), however. The following statementadds a new alias name for a system-generated file name:ALTERDISKGROUP dgroup1 ADD ALIAS '+dgroup1/mydir/second.dbf'FOR'+dgroup1/sample/datafile
