详细：
1、不指定archetype通过maven创建一个简单的Java项目
mvn archetype:create -DgroupId=com.test -DartifactId=TestProject

2、pom.xml新增开源jar依赖如spring
<dependency>
<groupId>org.springframework</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-context</artifactId>
<version>3.2.3.RELEASE</version>
</dependency>

3、构建eclipse工程随便把开源jar的源码down下来
mvn eclipse:eclipse -DdownloadSources=true
--也可以分成两步操作
mvn eclipse:eclipse
mvn dependency:sources

4、导入开源jar源码a different way
打开.classpath文件找到jar的classpathentry
<classpathentry kind="var" path="M2_REPO/org/springframework/spring-context/3.2.3.RELEASE/spring-context-3.2.3.RELEASE.jar"/>

新增sourcepath
<classpathentry kind="var" path="M2_REPO/org/springframework/spring-context/3.2.3.RELEASE/spring-context-3.2.3.RELEASE.jar" sourcepath="/M2_REPO/org/springframework/org.springframework.context/3.0.5.RELEASE/org.springframework.context-3.0.5.RELEASE-sources.jar"/>
