在安装SQL Server 2008的时候，碰到WMI检测不通过

在安装SQL Server 2008的时候，碰到WMI检测不通过，可能是系统重装的时候搞坏了。

找个修复WMI的办法：

新建一个fixwmi.cmd的文件

代码如下：
