如果在命令行模式下面，防止弹框，第一次运行时需要带参数： /accepteula，此参数未公开。
psexec /accepteula

to 1

Caution: if the reg key above is set to 0 (EULA was declined once) then the /accepteula willnot work, you have to set the key to 1 manually (or delete it altogether).
