     CitrixXenDesktop Remote PC Access允许最终用户从几乎任何地方远程登录到办公室的物理WindowsPC。办公室PC上的 CitrixXenDesktop 虚拟桌面代理使其能够向XenDesktop控制器注册,并管理计算机与最终用户客户端设备之间的HDX连接。客户端设备上运行的 Citrix Receiver提供对办公室 PC 上所有应用程序和数据的访问。用户可以有多个台式机,包括一个以上的物理PC或物理PC机和虚拟桌面的组合。

  RemotePC Access部署规划时应考虑以下因素:

 

1、 The following XenDesktop 7 features are notapplicable to remote PC deployments:

·        managing hosts

·        creating masterimages and virtual machines

·        power managingmachines (shut down and restart)

·        delivering hostedapplications

·        Personal vDisks

·        client folderredirection

2、Active Directory(AD) considerations:

·        Much of theconfiguration of a remote PC deployment is done through AD. Before configuringthe remote PC deployment site, set up your AD Organizational Units (OUs) andsecurity groups and then create AD user accounts. Use these accounts to specifyusers for the Delivery Groups you will use to provide Remote PC Access.

·        If you modify ADafter a machine has been added to a machine catalog, remote PC automaticadministration does not reevaluate that assignment. You can manually reassign amachine to a different catalog, if needed.

·        If you move ordelete Organizational Unit (OU) entries in AD, the OU entries used for remotePC access can become out of date. Virtual Delivery Agents (VDAs) might nolonger be associated with the most appropriate machine catalog or DeliveryGroup, or with any machine catalog or Delivery Group.

3、Machine catalogand Delivery Group considerations:

·        A machine can onlybe assigned to one machine catalog and one Delivery Group at a time.

·        You can keep allmachines in a single remote PC machine catalog, or separate them into multiplemachine catalogs.

·        When choosingMachine Accounts for a machine catalog, select the lowest applicableOrganizational Unit (OU) to avoid potential conflicts with machines in anothermachine catalog. For example, in the case of Bank/officers/tellers, selecttellers.

·        You can allocateall machines from one remote PC machine catalog through a single DeliveryGroup, or via multiple Delivery Groups.

·        If you have onegroup of users who require certain policy settings and another group of userswho require different settings, assigning the users to different DeliveryGroups enables you to filter the HDX policies according to each Delivery Group.

·        If your ITinfrastructure assigns responsibility for servicing users based on geographiclocation, department, or some other category, you can group machines and usersaccordingly to allow for delegated administration. Ensure that eachadministrator has permissions for both the relevant machine catalogs and thecorresponding Delivery Groups.

·        If some of yourusers have office PCs running Windows 7 or Windows 8 and want to use the latestXenDesktop functionality, but other users have office PCs running Windows XPand therefore cannot, create a separate machine catalog and Delivery Group forthe Windows XP systems. When choosing machine accounts for that catalog, selectthe checkbox Some of the machine are running Windows XP.

4、Deploymentconsiderations:

·        You can set up aremote PC deployment and then add traditional Virtual Desktop Infrastructure(VDI) desktops or applications later. You can also add remote PC desktops to anexisting VDI deployment.

·        When installingthe VDA, consider whether to enable Windows Remote Assistance (by specifying /enable_remote_assistance).This option allows help desk teams using Director to view and interact with auser's sessions via Remote Assistance.

·        Consider how youwill deploy the VDA to each office PC. Citrix recommends using electronicsoftware distribution such as Active Directory (AD) scripts, Microsoft SystemCenter Configuration Manager (SCCM), etc. The installation media containssample AD scripts.

·        Each office PCmust be domain-joined with a wired network connection.

·        Windows 7 Aero isnot a requirement on the office PC, but is supported.

·        Remote PC Accesscan be used on most laptop computers. To improve accessibility and deliver thebest connection experience, the laptop power saving options should beconfigured to those of desktop PC. For example:

·        Disable theHibernate feature.

·        Disable the Sleepfeature.

·        Set the close lidaction to Do Nothing.

·        Set the press thepower button action to Shut Down.

·        Disable video cardenergy saving features.

·        Disable networkinterface card energy saving features.

·        Disable batterysaving technologies.

Not supported for Remote PC Access devices:

·        Docking andundocking the laptop.

·        KVM switches orother components that can disconnect a session.

·        Hybrid PCs(including All-in-One and NVIDIA Optimus laptops and PCs).

·        Install CitrixReceiver on each client device that remotely accesses the office PC. Receiveris available for a wide range of client devices including desktops, laptops,tablets, and smartphones.

·        Multiple userswith remote access to the same office PC see the same icon in Receiver. Whenany user remotely logs on to the PC, that resource is marked unavailable toother users.

5、Smart cardconsiderations:

·        Smart cards aresupported only for remote access to physical office PCs running Windows 7 orWindows 8; smart cards are not supported for office PCs running Windows XP.

·        The followingsmart cards were tested with remote PC access:

·        Gemalto .Net 2.0with the Gemalto .Net mini driver

·        Gemalto IDPrime.NET 510 with Gemalto .Net mini driver

·        Gemalto PIV cardswith ActivIdentity ActivClient 6.2

6、Licensingconsiderations:

·        Remote PC Accesssessions consume licenses in the same way as other XenDesktop sessions

 

 

说明:

      实验二十三

 

 

1、       准备一台Windows 8 x64的虚拟机名为XenDesktop-RPC(生产环境应该是一台物理的PC),接着加入域kkfloat.com,用域管理员身份登录XenDesktop-RPC,然后安装XenDesktop 7.0VDA代理功能,选择“启用remote pc access”填写XenDesktop服务器地址把虚拟机注册到XenDDC1服务器。其他默认即可

 

 

2、       使用域管理员登陆XenDDC1服务器,打开Citrix Studio管理

控制台,右击计算机目录,选择创建计算机目录

a)     选择“Romete PC Access

b)     添加计算机,把刚才准备好的XenDesktop-RPC加进来。

c)     填写计算机目录名称“Romete PC Access“完成创建

 

3、       创建交付组,交付Remote PC Access计算机目录

a)     添加计算机,即添加要发布的计算机目录RometePC Access

b)     选择交付类型为桌面还可以发布的是应用程序或桌面和用用程序

c)     用户即指定将虚拟桌面池分配给那些用户或用户组使用,这里分配给域中的XDUser1用户

d)     选择ReceiverStoreFront服务器地址的配置方式,这里使用手动模式

e)      输入交付组名称Romete PC Access,然后完成交付组创建

 

 

4、       客户端使用IE打开XenDDC1地址:http://214.214.51.84/Citrix/Storeweb访问桌面池,然后呢选择“Romete PC Access”进行访问。不知为何重启之后才可以访问
