Phenomenon
All Leds of HDD0 is not lit
Background
The server works well but only All Led of HDD0 is off.
Raid`1 contain HDD0 and HDD1 (slot0 and slot1)
Analysis
硬盘本身没有LED灯，LED发光是由于硬盘背板上的LED发光，并透过硬盘中的一个透明pipe照射过来的。
所以，如果某个硬盘所有LED不亮的话，首先应该怀疑发光源即硬盘背板（disk back-plane）的问题。
除非硬盘本身物理结构有损坏，导致光照射不过来。
