ubuntu11.10 ibus输入法开机启动设置：

安装中文输入法：

Dash home（左边侧边栏最上边） 点击more Apps  第二项  installed  选中右边的see more results    找到keyboard input methods  （是个白色的中间一个小写i 的白色的正方块，或者直接搜索input就会显示keyboard input methods ） 

General下面的Show icon on system tray要勾选上。这样就会在任务栏显示语言图标。   

选中中间的input method    有select an input method  点击  出现 chinese选项，将鼠标放到上面，选中自己要用的输入法就行了，这里选择chinese---pinyin，add，确定。

然后再进入到language support  （和keyboard input method靠的很近）language选项中最下行有”Keyboard input method system：“这么一行字，点击，我的选中的是none,然后Apply system-wide（应用到整个系统）。点击任务栏上的键盘图标，就会有Chinese-Pinyin这个选项了。

如果要切换中英文输入法请输入Ctrl+space

开机自动启动中文输入法：

安装ubuntu,

开机默认输入法是不启动ibus，

所以每次自己手动启动输入法。很是麻烦；

以下是解决方法：
方法一.  System >> Administration >> Language Support

然后设置"Keyboard Input Method System"为ibus

方法二：当然你也可以设置开机自己启动ibus
System >> Preferences >> Startup Applications(或者直接在左上角的Dash Home里面输入Startup Application)
Click the button: Add
Name: IBus daemon
Command: /usr/bin/ibus-daemon -d
Comment: start IBus daemon when Gnome starts
