ubuntu12.04新手指南

最近安装了Ubuntu 12.04，弄了一个多星期终于把系统弄得比较满意了，分享一下，如果有错请大家指正：
1. 首先系统安装之后最好是先更改软件源：
1.1 打开Ubuntu SoftWare Center 然后找到Edit--Software Source--Down from--other--select the best source，软件会自动选择比较好的源；
1.2 选择源之后要更新源，在终端输入 sudo apt-get update
1.3 更新源完成

2. 中文输入支持
2.1 Dash Home搜Language Support--Install /Remove Languages选择中文--然后安装
2.2 开启启动iBus在Language Support--Keyboard input method system下选择ibus
2.2 打开iBus--preference--input mehtod 加入中文输入

3. 字体美化
因为我是Win 和 Ubuntu双系统，可以直接把Win下的字体拷贝过来，也可以在网上下载需要的字体
3.1 在你的用户目录下建立.fonts文件夹(.开头的文件食隐藏的，ctrl+h可以看到)
3.2 把win下的字体文件夹下的.ttf .ttc .TTF都拷贝到这个文件夹下，这样字体就安装好了
3.3 安装advaced setting(用Ubuntu SoftWare Center)
3.4 打开advaced setting可以找到字体设置选项，我选择了微软雅黑，效果还是不错的

4. 安装显卡驱动
4.1 Dash Home搜索Addtional Driver 然后运行，剩下就是简单的安装
4.2 安装完后需要重启
问题： 安装新的驱动后发现不能调节屏幕亮度
解决办法：编辑xorg.conf配置文件，
sudo gedit /etc/X11/xorg.conf
在里面增加Option "RegistryDwords" "EnableBrightnessControl=1"
我的配置文件（不同机器不同）：
Section "Device"
Identifier "Default Device"
Option "NoLogo" "True"
Option "RegistryDwords" "EnableBrightnessControl=1"
EndSection

5. 安装视频和音乐播放器
视频播放器推荐： SMplayer
音乐播放器推荐：Audacious
这个两个软件都可以通过Ubuntu SoftWare Center安装

Audacious皮肤更换：

换皮肤只要把你下载的文件解压缩，把解压缩后的文件夹复制到放到/usr/share/audacious/Skins/目录下就可以了,注意需要复制需要管理员身份。
注意：Skins目录是大写开头的，Ubuntu是大小写敏感的

6. Ubuntu音质改善
6.1 安装sudo apt-get install jackd
6.2 安装sudo apt-get install caps
貌似需要重启之后才有效果，个人感觉效果不明显

7. Chrome的字体发虚解决办法

8. QQ问题
在Ubuntu觉得比较好的办法还是将webqq 桌面化

安装OpenFetion（推荐通过Ubuntu SoftWare Center安装）

10. 桌面3D效果

效果很酷，但不实用，新手还是不要尝试“飞雪和养鱼”效果，我之前就是因为这个原因搞得要重装了

11. Eclipse 提示框黑色解决办法
更改tooltip的设置（可以google “ubuntu tooltip设置”）
以下是设置脚本（网上找的）：

将上面的代码拷贝到一个文件上（如tooltip.sh），然后设置改文件的属性为可以执行（右键--properties--找找吧），在终端下运行：sudo ./tooltip.sh

11. 安装经典的界面
在终端下运行：sudo apt-get install gnome-session-fallback
然后注销，登录时再选择需要登录的界面

12. 双系统自动挂载Win的分区
安装：NTFS Configuration tool
