Vmware Easy Install ubuntu12.04 无法切换到图形界面

最近用VMware 安装ubuntu 12.04时，很长时间不能切换到图形界面，如下所示

google之，找到一个好方法：)

做如下操作：

sudo mv /etc/issue.backup /etc/issue
sudo mv /etc/rc.local.backup /etc/rc.local
sudo mv /opt/vmware-tools-installer/lightdm.conf /etc/init

4. reboot.

看看是不是O了？
