Working from home VS Working at office -- Speaking

Well, that's intetesting question .
I guess I would like to talk about this in a couple of ways.

To begin with, the most beneficial thing to employees is that working from home can save a great amount of money, time and energy.
As you know that, it really cut off the time and chaos for daily commuting,save money spending on office uniforms, and energy for travleing.


Apart from that, I think, without peer pressure, it may produce more effective work.
Also, I would like to take myself as example, when I working from home,I try to work as fast and hard as I can to finish job to 
spare time for other personal stuff,like doing housework,cooking healthier food, 
comparing those over fried food , like rubber chicken, salty food, or food with too much addictive.
Which, in turn , help reduce the labor needed on weekend for house cleaning. 
Because, when I work from home, I can do daily maintenance instead accumulate everything until the weekend.


Well, from the view of employer, I think, they also can benefit from this. They can control their cost on facilities,like office rent,power utilities and others.
Also, they can hire people form all over the world, to pursuit the lowest manpower cost.

So , at the end, from my personal view, I do believe working from home is win-win situation for both employees and employers
