在Fedora core 5下装Vmware tools

为了配合学习，在IBM T40的笔记本上用虚拟机VMware装了Fedora core 5，装好后想装VMware tools，这样显示效果会比较好，能到达1024＊768的分辨率

安装VMware tools  步骤如下
1 点击VMware tools菜单里面的安装虚拟己工具

2 然后进入FC5里面，打开光盘就看见有2个虚拟机工具的软件

3 挂载
mkdir /mnt/cdrom
mount -t iso9660 /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom
cp *.* /mnt/cdrom
cd /mnt/cdrom
tar zxvf VM*.tar.gz
cd VM*
./VM...PL
这样会一直往下装，按照提示就可以了
但是装到后面会遇到一个问题

The path "/usr/src/linux/include" is not an existing directory.

很多人在这里不知道怎么办，我也是，于是在google上找解决办法

其实解决办法很简单
首先是安装必要的软件
[root@netyang ~]# yum -y install gcc gcc-c++ kernel-devel
然后更新kernel
[root@netyang ~]# yum -y update kernel
检查一下

这样子就可以了，郁闷的就是更新的速度太慢了，只能慢慢等了

更新好后，按照前面的方法装就可以了

装好虚拟机工具后重启计算机，发现显示效果非常好了
