通过php修改系统时间

步骤一：创建修改时间脚本

root@xxxxxx:/var/www/userinfo# vim chtime

步骤二：给运行该脚本添加sudo权限

root@xxxxxx:/var/www/userinfo# visudo

步骤三：写运行该脚本的php
