struts2.1.8启动 FATAL ERROR STARTING UP STRUTS-SPRING INTEGRATION

我使用的是最新的struts2.1.8，新建一个工程，新建一个User Lib,导入struts-2.1.8.1\lib下的所有的包，我想这样不会报缺包吧，but！！！！！！

启动报错：

 

     报错的内容是

严重: ********** FATAL ERROR STARTING UP STRUTS-SPRING INTEGRATION **********     Looks like the Spring listener was not configured for your web app!         Nothing will work until WebApplicationContextUtils returns a valid ApplicationContext.        You might need to add the following to web.xml:             <listener>                <listener-class>org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener</listener-class>            </listener>    

然后查了查百度，原来是struts-*-plugin.jar包冲突了，具体的那个jar冲突，还要你自己排除，我的是struts_spring-plugin和struts-junit-plugin冲突了。移除了struts_spring-plugin再启动就ok了。
