LNCS的WORD 2007模板使用【2014-01-08】

splnproc1110.dotm 模板适用于WORD 2007及以上版本。

【設置受信任位置（推薦）】

WORD 2010操作如下：click Trust Center→Trust Center Settings→Trusted Locations→Add new location to add the manuscript directory to the registered trusted locations.

【初始化】

1、将splnproc1110.dotm拷贝到要存放论文的目录下；

2、右鍵單擊該模板文件，選擇“新建（New）”（一般是第一個選項），便会打开一个基于模板的一个文档（未保存）。文档界面的上端（工具栏上）出现命名为‘Springer Proceedings Macros’ 的ribbon。

注：如果在资源管理器中直接双击模板文件，执行的操作的事编辑模板而非基于模板生成一个文件。

3、保存生成的这个文档（默认是保存成doc，如果要保存成docx的话，会提示“可能改变格式”）

4、先输入，再点击ribbon上的响应按钮来改变格式（改变的是目前光标所停留在的段落的格式）。

【tips】

1、如何创建一个没有编号的标题（例如Reference章节）：

If you want to create a heading without a number, e.g., ‘References’, simply place the cursor at the beginning of the text andpress the backspace key [<-].

2、关于Add Space按钮和Clear Space按钮：

Add Space：在被选中的段落前，加入6pt（2.1mm）的垂直间隔.

Clear Space：去除选中段落前面和后面的所有垂直间隔.

3、关于Reference Item按钮：

带有编号的参考文献格式。如果要去掉编号：place the cursor at the beginning of each reference
item and press the backspace key [←]
to remove the number.

關於編號順序：The hanging indent of the reference items is automatically adjusted based onthe total number of references.

4、关于插入Image：

按钮Insert Image负责插入外部图片。Image总是被放在一个空的段落里面。如果光标不是在一个空的段落里面，那么click这个按钮之后，一个新的段落会出现在当前段落之后，Image会被插入到这个新的段落里面。

5、关于Figure Caption和Table Caption：

都是用来处理图片或者表格的标题（caption），其编号会自动更新。

6、关于公式

1）Displayed Equation和Add Eq. Number联合使用

2）Displayed Equation：

公式总是被居中处理。If you want to align the equal sign in multi-line displays, please use the alignment featureof the equation editor.

3）Add Eq. Number：

这个按钮仅对被Displayed Equation按钮处理过的文本起作用。编号自动更新。
