FileZilla is a strong however mini open source FTP server ( also anopen source

client is provide).

Today, since without outside network, I use a network cablebuild a peer to peer

local network, and use it to transfer huge files which couldnot be transferred using

USB disk.

A peer to peer local network can be set as follows:

  (1) use a network cable toconnect two PCs

  (2) set TCP/IP propertiesof one PC as:

           IP: 192.168.1.1

           mask: 255.255.255.0

           gateway: 192.168.1.1

  (3) set those TCP/IPproperties of the other PC as:

           IP: 192.168.1.2

           mask: 255.255.255.0

           gateway: 192.168.1.2

  (4) after that, you canset HTTP/FTP or other service in one PC to transfer files to theother.

PS:  I know a tool like QQ enable youtransfer huge files in WAN. However I

     cannot remember it in short time, so just use FTPservice to transfer file.
