触发SQL：

SELECT * FROM SYSTIMER WHERE timeend<='0000001391758302' and timerpid = '0 '

查询ash报告该事件点（Fri Feb 7 15:36）1分钟报告，发现TOP都是类似SQL，sql未使用绑定变量，

event都为latch library cache与shared pool。

避免措施： SQL语句使用绑定变量；

SYMPTOMS

The following error is seen in the alert log:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [17070], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

The error might occur during heavy load in the system.

The following error is seen in the trace file:

The call stack can look like this:

CAUSE

This issue is caused by BUG 8298501 ORA-600 [17070] UNDER HEAVY LOAD.
The error is due to multiple sessions accessing the same library cache object with one process holding a library cache lock.

SOLUTION

To resolve this issue, you may choose either of these options:
     1. Upgrade to database release 11g.
     2. Apply the backport Patch 8298501 for your operating system and database release AND
         enable the fix using the following event setting:
              event="8298501 trace name context forever, level 1"
