阿里巴巴62亿控股文化中国背后原因解读

2014年3月11日晚间，在港上市公司文化中国(代码01060HK)发布公告称，获得阿里巴巴集团62.44亿港币的战略投资，阿里巴巴将获得文化中国60%的股份。消息一出引起业内广泛关注，很多人会问“文化中国听都没有听过，阿里为什么会花62亿港币去控股?”。
　　事实上，文化中国在业内绝对不是无名小辈，该企业涉足影视剧制作、游戏开发、报纸杂志等多项产业，并取得不小的成就。阿里巴巴62亿元的投资，也创下了2014年中国互联网最大的并购金额，凸显了阿里巴巴布局文化产业的决心(笔者注：文化中国目前市值仅为53亿港币，阿里这次入股相当于把文化中国的估值提高了1倍，可见阿里巴巴拿下文化中国下了多大的血本)。

　　《京华时报》等报纸杂志业务
　　文化中国可能很多人没听过，但文化中国旗下的《京华时报》可谓大名鼎鼎。《中国500最具价值品牌》排行榜宣布的数据显示，京华时报品牌价值66.58亿元，于此同时文化中国方面给的数据显示，《京华时报》平均每期的读者规模超过160万人，其中消费能力最强的25-44岁的核心读者达到90万人，主动读者占85%，忠诚读者占86%。《京华时报》此前是人民日报旗下的报纸，于2001年创办，在2010年的时候文化中国以2.19亿人民币的价格入股《京华时报》，当时收购了大约50%的股份，据文化中国介绍，目前《京华时报》的主要经营权在其手里。去年《京华时报》和农夫山泉的打架事件震惊中外媒体业界，让马云第一次认识到了媒体的舆论喉舌和阵地价值，此番控股文化中国，也算曲线买下了《京华时报》。
　　另外，除了《京华时报》以外，文化中国旗下还拥有《费加罗FIGARO》杂志，该杂志笔者从来没看过，但周围的女性朋友经常会提及。
