求助： vb4.0下使用 Farpoint spread 2.5控件

我现在有一个项目需要升级，环境是nt4.0,sql6.5 vb4.0 均是日文系统。项目以前使用的是farpoint spread 的控件，版本是2.5.025 ，主要是使用到
Ss32x25.ocx 这个控件。现在的问题是，这个控件在设计模式下不能使用，窗体打不开，提示 Lincens file for custom control not found,you do not have an appropriate license to use this custom control in thd design environment 。这个问题应该怎么解决，或者谁能够提供可用的控件。
