CCTouchDispatcher.sharedDispatcher().addTargetedDelegate(this, -128, false);
CCTouchDispatcher.sharedDispatcher().addTargetedDelegate(this, -128, true);

第一个参数:实现代理的目标类

第二个参数:数据越小响应事件的优先级越高

//-128不会执行,只能执行MyLayer1层
//-129可以执行,不执行MyLayer1层
//1不可以执行,只能执行MyLayer1层
//-150可以执行,但是MyLayer1层不能执行

第三个参数:接收到事件后,是否还下派发事件
