Update JDK8 for kepler

1. download jdk8 and jre8 from oracle and install them.
2. download the latest eclipse from 点击打开链接.
3. update eclipse from 7 to 8. windows->preferences->java->installed JREs->find jdk
4. install JDT 点击打开链接 and then update compiler from 1.7 to 1.8
