SDRAM 硬件配置参数介绍

一般SDRAM的配置表示方法是(4M*8*4Bank)，这三个数据顺序没有要求，但要标明单位。4M是什么？网上很难搜到介绍，我跟老大讨教了下，应该是晶圆数，晶圆可以做成每个晶圆可以存放8bit或者16bit数据。所以每个Bank的大小是8bit*4M=32MB（兆字节）。每个SDRAM都统一设计了4个Bank，所以单个SDRAM的大小就是32MB*4=128MB。

在《实践中学习ARM体系结构与接口》一书中，有错误的描述，搞到我完全混乱。错误解释如下：

其中，bank的大小不是固定为64MB的（上表有误），“存储器空间配置”的单位也错误了，不是4MB*8*4Bank，而应该是4M*8bit*4Bank.所以，应该更正表的数据如下表.上面那个表，搞个4MB出来，让我想半天都不知道它是什么东西。

存储空间配置不应该把片数写在一起，这样不利于理解其内容，单片的数据就应该以单片为标准，写在一个表格。Bank大小是从“单片存储器空间配置”中的4M*8bit算出来的。所以我把它放第二排，这样，数据是从左到右推算出来的
