ACE_Date_Time、ACE_Time_Value、ACE_OS::gettimeofday() 5.0

这两个类的设计意图(重要)
(1)这个整数表示时间轴上的一个点,时间轴的原点为1970年1月1日8点整
(2)这个整数的值表示离开原点的秒数
(3)两个整数相加会得到另一个整数,这个整数代表离开1970年更远的一个时间
(4)在这个理念的基础上下列操作符变的有意义:a<b a>b a<=b a>=b a==b a!=b a+b a-b a+=b a-=b
(5)其中进行a==b等操作符运算时,只比较到前面的秒,不比较后面的微秒部分(主要是方便开发人员使用)
ACE_Date_Time的设计理念:只是借助ACE_Time_Value来获取时间的年月日时分秒,别无它用
