UIPanel Static属性限制子对象属性变化 check if widgets wont move

我在面板里想缩放一个组件，发现没有效果。

UIPanle的Advanced Options 里有一个Static选项 check if widgets wont move

如果选上会有一段提示信息：

Only mark the panel as 'static' if you know For certain that the widgets underneath will not move, rotate, or scale.Doing ths improves performance,but moving widgets around will have no effect.

意思是把该面板变为静态面板，所有的子对象都无法缩放、旋转、移动（可以更改这些数值，但是不会有效果）。

静态面板对于提示性能很有帮助。
