About Test Case

Today,I finished rebuilding the test case what was used  2 days. Before,I came here, the project had a case.But,the case just about the UI Operation,like click a button to add,click a link to jump,modify the information. The worse what is one case may have many of test point or have many of steps.

I wanted to analyse the case of result ,but no way to how. I wanted to calculate the times ,but the case shouldn't be. Because,the case didn't  related  to the key of faction.It's no sense.


what is the worth of a case to design?

I think:

1,one case,one point.

2,one case,shouldn't have more than 4 steps.

3,one case,must relate one path of code.

4,all case,have times to assign.

5,the part of test case,should group for a variety of testing purpose.

6,the part of test case,should be reusing.
