概述Sipex半导体公司具有一种针对ASIC或者微控制器把电压降低的最简单且成本最低的技术,并将其应用到LDO(低压差稳压器)中。LDO能够提供一个无噪声的,具有良好稳定性的DC电压,同时具有优秀的瞬态响应。Sipex提供了大量宽范围电压和电流的LDO产品。
LDO稳压器原理低压差稳压器(LDO)最大的特点是低噪声,纹波小,电路简单,固定输出时只需三个引脚。电路原理下图所示,调整管Q1工作在放大区,起到稳压的作用Vin=Vce+Vout。当Vout变大,VR2也变大,经放大器放大,VB也变大,则三极管管压降Vce变大,则Vout变小;反之,当Vout变小,VR2也变小,经放大器放大,VB变小,则三极管管压降Vce变小,则Vout变大。IVIN≈IVOUT,转换效率η≈Vout/Vin。
