DB2-SQL1032N No start database manager command was issued. SQLSTATE=57019

Toad连接DB2数据库实例（db2inst1）时提示如下错误：

ERROR [08001] [IBM] SQL30081N A communication error has been detected. Communication protocol being used: "TCP/IP". Communication API being used: "SOCKETS". Location where the error was detected: "10.6.36.31". Communication function detecting the error: "selectForConnectTimeout". Protocol specific error code(s): "0", "*", "*". SQLSTATE=08001

分析&解决：

（1）登陆服务器，手动连接：

root@P560Qz-p1-mon:/>su - db2inst1
[YOU HAVE NEW MAIL]
$
$
$ db2
db2 =>
db2 => connect to mbdb
SQL1032N No start database manager command was issued. SQLSTATE=57019
db2 =>

说明：DB2数据库管理器没有启动。

（2）启动管理器，OK！

$ db2start
07/07/2014 14:46:33 0 0 SQL1063N DB2START processing was successful.
SQL1063N DB2START processing was successful.
$
$ db2
db2 => connect to mbdb

Database Connection Information

Database server = DB2/AIX64 9.7.5
SQL authorization ID = DB2INST1
