java连接数据库失败

Caused by: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect

com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.CommunicationsException: Communications link failure Last packet sent to the server was 0 ms ago.

信息: Reloading Context with name [/nutch] is completed

连接数据库一直失败，不知道是什么原因，原来以为是win8权限的问题，花了一天时间换回了win7系统以后还是失败。后来在url出不再写上端口号3306，就可以连接数据库。具体原因有待探求。
