1. Handle Website/FTP setup in the web server & update info as per changes.
2. Schedule data backup in the web server and monitor it.
3. Update SSBG Web log at the beginning of each month and post in the webpage.
4. Keep all developers’ files in the developer server and keep organized.
5. Suggest/Develop small tools for SSBG as required.
6. Prepare a person for handling Cold Fusion projects.
7. Organize & manage developer’s team.
8. Work on better project planning, designing, implementing and documentation.
9. Prepare & submit bi-weekly/monthly report on projects and developer team.
10. Overall increase efficacy and work load of developer team
11. Motivate developers to work on Saturdays as project requires.
12. Improve English level.

Short-term (2-3 months) Goals
1. Organize files in the developer’s server.
2. Schedule all website & database backup in the web server. Update info.
3. Build template for Asksam.com.cn website & go live basic website.
4. Prepare basic template for Pipeline (Sales CRM) and present development
timeline.
5. Check the possibility for Website/SQL DB remote management via Web for
customers.
