VisualSVN 启动失败 could not log pid to file 的解决办法

VisualSVN启动不了，报错VisualSVNServer.exe: could not log pid to file C:/Windows/ServiceProfiles/NetworkService/AppData/Local/Temp/VisualSVNServer.pid
找找有没有这个路径，没有新建这个路径就好，通常是垃圾清理软件会把这个路径清理掉。
