distributor之Interrupt Clear-Enable Registers, GICD_ICENABLERn

此寄存器的主要作用是清除set enable寄存器使能的某些中断，写1生效，写0无效，相对于distributor基地址偏移区间在0x180-0x1FC，计算方法如下：
For interrupt ID m, when DIV and MOD are the integer division and modulo operations:
the corresponding GICD_ICENABLERn number,n, is given bym = n DIV 32
the offset of the required GICD_ICENABLERn is (0x180+ (4*n))
the bit number of the required Clear-enable bit in this register is mMOD 32.
