CentOS 6.5 ， 装 VBox4.3 ， vagrant 1.6.5 ， Panamax ，启动时报错：
valid states are 'starting running'. the machine is in the 'poweroff' state
解决方法： 设置 Intel VT ：
开机进BIOS（thinkpad 240 F1键 ）：
Security --Virtualization --Intel Virtualization Technology --------Enabled
重启系统， 已无此报错，如果没有决绝，参考尝试这里的其他方式：
