VMware 出现If this virtual machine is not in use...问题解决

双击桌面的VMware Workstation图标，再点收藏中的虚拟机系统，弹框提示如下：

If this virtual machine is not in use, press the "Take Ownership" button to obtain ownership of it. Otherwise, press the "Cancel" button to avoid damaging it.

不管是点“Take Ownership”按钮还是“Cancel”按钮，都不能打开虚拟机系统。

解决方案一：

win7系统需要使用管理员运行程序，点击鼠标右键，选择“以管理员身份运行”即可解决。

如果仍然不能解决，请继续往下看：

解决方案二：

Delete All .lck folders
即删除VMWare虚拟机安装目录下面的所有的.lck目录（我的文件路径是C:\Users\ming\Documents\Virtual Machines\Ubuntu），再重新启动，就没有问题了

出现这个的原因是之前强制关掉虚拟机了，配置文件还没来得及跟新
