----------------------------------------------English Interview
resume、cover letter

Q:  Why should I hire you?
A: With my strong academic background, I am capable and competent.

Q:  Why do you want to work for us?
A:  One reason that I would like to be employed with your firm is that you are dealing with import and export trade. I would look

Q:  What goals have you set and how did you meet them?
A:  I now wish to enter an office where the work requires greater individual responsibility and judgment than here, and where there
   is more opportunity for advancement.

Q:  What provide you with a sense of accomplishment.
A:  Doing my best job for your company.

Q:   How do you handle your failure?
A:  None of us was born "perfect". I am sure I will be given a second chance to correct my mistake.

Q:  How do you normally handle criticism?
A:  Silence is golden. Just don’t say anything; otherwise the situation could become worse. I do, however, accept constructive
    criticism.

(Personality Display)
例:What is your strongest trait(s) ?
回答:Helpfulness and caring . Adaptability and of humor . Cheerfulness and friendliness .

(Going with Colleagues)
例:How do you handle your conflict with your colleagues in your work?
I will try to present my ideas in a more clear and civilized manner in order to get my points across .

(All for Company)
例:What do you think you are worth to us ?
I feel I can make some positive contributions to your company in the future .

(Success and Failure)
例:How do you handle your failure ?
None of us was born “perfect” . I am sure I will be give a second chance to correct my mistake .

I will stay as long as I can continue to learn and to grow in my field .

please sell yourself.(请介绍你自己)

why did you leave your last company?(为什么你要离开上一家公司?)

what's your carrer aspiration in 5 years?(你在5年内的职业规划是什么?)

what's your strength and your weakness?(你的优点和缺点是什么?)
(people person)。

do you have any questions to ask us?(你对我们有什么问题可以问的吗?)

2.What are your three greatest strengths?
回答这个问题时不可以只是简单回答:“I’m really organized, punctual and get along well with others。”
像要应聘金融行业,可以说:“I think my three strongest strengths are details-oriental, patient and cautious。”但如果
应聘者是一个销售精英,可以说:“I think my strongest strengths are aggressive, hard working and communicative。”

3.What are your three greatest weaknesses?

4.Why are you interested in working for our company?
建议不要以“It seemed like a good career move。”或是“I havent been able to find anything else interesting。”
应聘者可以这样回答:“I read an article in the newspaper and was very impressed by ……”

5.Why did you leave your last job?
I didnt agree
with the companys direction。”“I got no recognition for my work。”“My boss was totally unreasonable。”
“I love my last job and really learned a lot from it, but I need a new platform and bigger space to make my career successful。”

6.If we hire you,how long will you stay with us?
As long as my position here allows me to learn and to advance at a
pace with my abilities.

2. "Why do you want to work for us?

3. "Why should I hire you?"

4. "How do you feel about your progress to date?"

5. "What would you like to be doing five years from now?"
"I hope to be the best I can be at my job and because many in this line of work are promoted to area manager, I am planning on that also."

6. "What is your greatest weakness?"

7. "What is your greatest strength"?"
I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job
and it turns out just as I'd planned. I've set some high goals for myself. For example, I want to graduate with highest distinction. And
even though I had a slow start in my freshman year, I made up for it by doing an honor's thesis."

Why do you think we should employ you?(你认为我们为何要雇用你?)
I am suitable for the position, not only because I have a masters degree in mechanical engineering, butalso because I have worked in this field
for more than five years. I believe that my experience can be put to use in further developing your business.

What classes did you like best back in school?(在学校你最喜欢哪门课?)
Statistics, accounting and calculus were my favorite subjects because I am good at crunching numbers.

What do you think are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
My greatest weakness is that I value leisure time spent with my family and therefore I treasure my weekends and free time
in the evenings. My greatest strength is my commitment to work. I strive for excellence and always try to do my best.

What do you think are your strongest skills?(你认为你最强的技能是什么?)
My strongest skills are handling complaints with great patience. I think solving customer complaints is a wonderful way to win customer
loyalty, and I am happy to deal with any problems people may have.

Why do you want to work for us?(你为什么想要替我们工作?)
Your company is a renowned leader in the industry and has high growth potential.
I wish to work for an established company where my talents and expertise can be fully put to use.
It seems clear to me that your company can challenge my abilities and provide a good opportunity for professional development.

How much do you know about our company?(你对本公司了解多少?)
Ive read the annual reports of your company of the past three years, and I have come to realize that your company enjoys leadership in
domestic distribution of computer parts.
I believe that my management experience will be an asset to your company.
