eXtremeDB Errror handling option

We don’t have any additionaltroubleshooting guide for all the error codes. Usually the reason for the codeis obvious. Can you please provide the error code you got and describe thesituation when and how this code occurs. We will investigate the situation andexplain the reason, and give any relevant advice on how to fix it. Specificallyfor the _SYNC and _SHM_ERROR codes, you could do additional debugging bydefining and exporting the MCO_DEBUG_PRT environment variable:

 

export MCO_DEBUG_PRT=on

 

This directs eXtremeDB to produceadditional console output that describes operations and their statuses formemory access/allocation operations.
