常用服务启动器

电脑安装上虚拟机或者数据库之类大量占用电脑资源的程序会使电脑变得十分不流畅，禁用这些程序的服务能够显著提高电脑运行流畅度，但是又会给我们使用这些程序带来很多不便。为了解决这类问题，我写了一个批处理程序。这样我们就可以放心的把这些服务设置为手动启动。当我们需要这些程序的时候，只需要运行这个批处理程序就可以方便的让这些程序的服务再次的跑起来。
