iOS扫码Zbar静态库支持arm64和arms7s的静态库

苹果2月1日规定所有的应用必须兼容arm64位才能提交appStore，苹果最后通牒要求如下：

As we announced in October, beginning February 1, 2015 new iOS apps submitted to the App Store must include 64-bit support and be built with the iOS 8 SDK. Beginning June 1, 2015 app updates will also need to follow the same requirements.

因为V积分项目中使用Zbar进行扫描，而Zbar只能在arms7的环境下使用，但第三方的静态库没有及时更新，所以不能在这静等啊，时间就是金钱，因此，需要替换一个静态库，以下静态库是支持arm64和arms7s(http://download.csdn.net/download/makerxu/7456541)，一切OK了，太开心了。。。。
